"Bring Your Toddlers for Summer Fun at Nature Kids..."

Bring your Nature Kids this Wednesday...

Are your toddlers curious about the world outdoors? We've got the perfect place for them to learn, play, and explore in a safe environment! Wednesdays at The Discovery Center are all about your Nature Kids! Toddler classes are from 10-11 a.m. Your first Nature Kids class is free, then only $20 to join us for the entire month. Here's what your Scien-tots have to look forward to during our "Fun in the Summer" theme this June:

  • June 3, 2009 - "Bubble Fun"
    Have a fun time while learning with our bubble class! We'll learn about how to make bubbles, their shapes, and some cool properties of water. You'll even get to make a bubble big enough to fit you're your head!

  • June 10, 2009 - "Star Light"
    Did you know that our sun is a star? Find out about the sun - and our solar system - and make a model solar system to take home!

  • June 17, 2009 - "Summer Water Play"
    Get ready, get set, get WET! We'll learn about the water cycle and get to do some water play at this fun, outdoor Nature Kids class!

  • June 24, 2009 - "Desert Reptiles"
    Find out more about our many turtles, tortoises, lizards, and snakes - especially those that live in hot deserts! You'll get to meet our educational animals up close and hands-on!
